New Software for Organizing and Storing Spectroscopy Data: Analyze IQ Spectra Manager
(Galway, Ireland.) Analyze IQ Ltd. is pleased to announce the release of Version 1 of Analyze IQ Spectra Manager. This is a new addition to the Analyze IQ software suite, the overall purpose of which is to address the need for accurate analysis and management of spectroscopic data, and in particular the need to work with complex, ‘real-world’ mixtures as well as pure materials.
Analyze IQ Spectra Manager is a spectral database and data management package that allows users to easily manage a library of spectra. Key features include:
£ You can store CAS registry numbers and QA details.
£ Retrieve and list spectra by IUPAC and common names.
£ For mixtures, all the relevant data can be included, so that you can track mixtures that use the same materials by lot numbers.
Spectra Manager links seamlessly with Analyze IQ Lab, the next-generation spectroscopy analysis package that combines standard chemometric analyses with innovative machine learning/data mining techniques, in an intuitive and easy-to-use product. When Analyze IQ Lab is used along with Spectra Manager, users can ‘auto-select’ an appropriate dataset for a particular target analyte when building a new model for classification or quantification.
