3D Biomatrix™ Launches New Website and Blog at 3dbiomatrix.com

Ann Arbor – 3D Biomatrix is pleased to introduce its new website, https://www.3dbiomatrix.com, and blog. The redesigned website is aligned with the company’s vision to be an industry resource on three-dimensional (3D) cell culture.

The new site offers:

• Improved product information and shopping experience

• A multimedia site showcasing product photos and how-to videos

• A blog offering information on 3D cell culture and products

Laura Schrader, CEO of 3D Biomatrix, describes her excitement about the new website. “Our website needed to reflect the level of commitment we have for the end users of our products,” said Laura Schrader, CEO of 3D Biomatrix. “With that in mind, we completely overhauled our site so that it’s more ‘customer-centric’, making it simple to find information and products they seek.”

The site’s home page features a clean design, rotating pictures of products and data, and a sampling of the information featured on other site pages. The Products page links to detailed descriptions of the Perfecta3D(TM) Hanging Drop Plates and Perfecta3D(TM) Scaffolds, downloadable instructions, data, and cell types proven to grow in each product. The Multimedia page showcases relevant images of both products, as well as a video describing a recent paper on spheroid formation in the Hanging Drop Plates and use of the Plates to test anti-cancer drugs. 3D Biomatrix will release more videos in the near future.

The 3D Biomatrix blog is a source of information on 3D cell culture. The blog, written by the 3D Biomatrix product development team, describes important features of 3D Biomatrix products, features an interview with CEO Laura Schrader, and demonstrates how the Hanging Drop Plates can be used to develop anti-cancer therapies. Future blog topics will educate the reader on the benefits of 3D cell culture, co-cultures in spheroids, and current literature using spheroids.

“Our new site will continue to grow in rich content because it is also our social network hub, including frequently updated blogs about the 3D drug discovery and research market and technology, and links to our pages on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter,” said Schrader.
