InProcess Instruments is now DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certified

Bremen, August, 05th 2009. InProcess Instruments, a leading manufacturer of mass spectrometers, was successfully certified for the areas of Research & Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Servicing by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH in spring 2009. For the IPI staff the certification was preceded by one year of concerted effort targeted at defining processes and procedures more precisely and adding transparency.

The InProcess Instruments corporate philosophy is highest product quality, reliable service, dependable application support and continuous product advancement. With the introduction of the quality management system the company wants to stay abreast of technical and customer demands and thereby satisfy the most exacting standards on product quality, service and customer focus with additional transparency, reliability and efficiency. Their goal is the further enhancement of customer satisfaction whilst providing maximum support for their staff when realising customer-specific commissions.

Wolfgang Hrosch, managing partner at InProcess Instruments explains: „Due to the dynamic growth our company has experienced over the last years, it had become indispensible to implement a quality management system, which safeguards the high quality standards of our staff and our products.”

To design and organize the Quality Management Handbook the company installed an Intranet-based online solution, which documents and updates the ongoing development of the quality management processes. The DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certificate is available at www.in-process.com in the „Downloads“ section. The company’s Internet website was recently revised and relaunched in May 2009.

InProcess Instruments was founded in Bremen, Germany in 1997 and develops, manufactures and distributes its quadrupole mass spectrometer online gas analysis systems throughout the world. The company will be attending the 18th International Mass Spectrometer Conference (18th IMSC 2009), which will be held in Bremen, Germany, from August 30th to September 4th, 2009.
