PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.,- Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL) is adding another seasoned executive to its management ranks. Larry Kingsley, President and CEO, today announced that Ruby Chandy will join the company on April 11, 2012 as President of its $1.3 billion Industrial business. Pall Industrial represents approximately half of the company’s revenue.

Ms. Chandy has held leadership positions at The Dow Chemical Company, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Millipore Corporation, and McKinsey & Co. in a career spanning over 25 years. Most recently, she led the Dow Plastics Additives business, and previously was Chief Marketing Officer for Dow Chemical. In her general management and marketing roles, Ms. Chandy has specialized in driving growth through global strategy deployment, new product innovation, and commercial acceleration through value selling, pricing excellence, and market expansion.

Ms. Chandy is a graduate of MIT where she earned an MBA and SB degree in Materials Science and Engineering. She also has an MS in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University.
