PHILADELPHIA – June 1, 2009 – Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) and Dotmatics Limited today announced an agreement to develop an integrated advanced metabolism elucidation tool which will complement Waters® time-of-flight mass spectrometry products and, in particular, the Waters Xevo™ MS and SYNAPT™ G2 products. The agreement will focus on developing a fully integrated solution for metabolism elucidation between the Dotmatics® and Waters MassLynx™ informatics platform that will provide scientists the capability to identify the nature and site of metabolism of a candidate pharmaceutical compound, allowing them to accelerate optimization in drug discovery.
