Gatan is pleased to announce the hiring of Joe Sanguedolce as Vice President of Sales and Service.

Mr. Sanguedolce brings to Gatan 23 years of industry experience in Sales, Marketing and Product Management, with major companies such as Veeco and Hitachi. His primary responsibility will be to enhance the entire customer experience through sales, service, product demonstrations, and applications training. He will provide leadership for Gatan’s worldwide Sales and Service and also strengthen resource sharing across the international sales territories.

Mr. Sanguedolce will be based in Gatan’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasanton, CA, USA.

Gatan’s products for electron microscopy cover the entire process from specimen preparation and manipulation to imaging and analysis. Our customer base spans the complete spectrum of end users of analytical instrumentation typically found in industrial, governmental and academic laboratories. The applications addressed by these scientists and researchers include metallurgy, ceramics, semiconductors, microelectronics, biological science, healthcare, food and pharmaceutical industries, nanomaterials research, and biotechnology.
