The Norsk Analyse Group sells system solutions and analysers for gas- and liquid analysis as well as performs service and maintenance on delivered equipment. The Group has a strong position as supplier of complete analyser systems with own construction and production. Customers are mainly within the oil & gas- and process industries in the Nordic region. The

Group has their own sales companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Trinidad/Tobago and Turkey. The Norsk Analyse Group has around 60 employees and sales of around NOK 120 million.

The Norsk Analyse Group will become part of the business unit Process Technology which markets equipment for the process industry in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Norsk Analyse complements our existing operations geographically and adds more customer value through own system solutions.

The closing is estimated to take place in the beginning of January 2013 after approval is obtained from the appropriate authorities. The acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the current financial year.
