Aubagne | Goettingen, – Sartorius Stedim Biotech (SSB), a leading international supplier for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, is to be included in the SBF 120 index of Euronext Paris, the French stock exchange. Following yesterday’s quarterly review of the Euronext Paris indices, the meeting of the Scientific NYSE Euronext Committee for Indices decided to admit Sartorius Stedim Biotech to the CAC Mid 60 and the SBF 120, effective June 21, 2013, after market closing.

The SBF 120 index is composed of the 120 most active stocks on the Paris stock exchange, i.e., the 40 components of the CAC 40 index plus 80 stocks quoted continuously on Euronext Paris. Criteria for admission to this index are liquidity and free float market capitalization.
