PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., – Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL) announced today that Roya Behnia will join the company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective June 20, 2012. Ms. Behnia will succeed Pall’s current Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Robert Kuhbach, and assume responsibility for Pall’s legal affairs, governance and compliance activities. Mr. Kuhbach will resume retirement as of June 30, 2012.

Ms. Behnia, whose legal career spans more than 20 years, has a wide range of experience that includes litigation, antitrust counseling, business development, negotiating acquisitions and divestitures and managing legal restructuring projects. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for internet marketing/financial services company Rewards Network Inc. She also has held legal leadership positions with global Fortune 500 companies SPX Corporation and Brunswick Corporation.

Ms. Behnia earned her bachelor’s degree at Harvard and her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
