NanoString Technologies Files Registration Statement With SEC for a Follow-On Public Offering
SEATTLE — NanoString Technologies, Inc., a provider of life science tools for translational research and molecular diagnostic products, today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed follow-on public offering of $55 million of its common stock. In addition, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $8.25 million of its common stock.
The bookrunning managers of the offering are J. P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, and the co-managers are Leerink Partners and Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated.
