The establishment of Quantachrome India will strengthen Quantachrome’s position in India for its core technologies of pore size analysis, pore structure analysis, surface density, surface area, water vapor sorption, and representative sampling.

Quantachrome’s surface characterization technologies are critical in enabling advanced industries to develop new age materials, and characterize the surface characteristics of existing powders and porous materials. Industries such as

petrochemical, chemical, catalyst, ceramics, carbon, polymers, energy, pharmaceutical,food, paints, medical device, metal powders, agriculture, mining, and pigments, utilize Quantachrome’s laboratory surface characterization analyzers

to help them understand how a porous or powdered material’s surface properties influence their performance attributes.
