CSC introduced in September CSC LabAssure, a total quality management solution for labs that features the FuturEdge modular services suite and incorporates the Thermo Scientific Informatics product portfolio.
Knome launched knoSYS 100, a plug-and-play, fully integrated hardware and software system designed to help researchers in medical and academic institutions interpret human whole genomes. It allows developers to create in silico gene tests and accepts NGS data from leading sequencers. Prices start at $125,000.
In October, GenoLogics released the Clarity LIMS, which is specifically designed for sequencing. It combines information management essentials for CLIA-certified and regulated labs.
