Woburn, MA 6/16/15—HighRes Biosolutions announced the purchase of a majority stake of the company by Axel Johnson, a privately owned investment company, for an undisclosed amount. “HighRes is expecting to double its bookings from last year, and we are on the verge of introducing some of the most exciting new products in our history,” stated HighRes CEO Louis Guarracina, indicating that the partnership would allow the company to ramp up its efforts in product development.
