Lansing, MI 5/4/09—Neogen, a supplier of food and animal safety testing products, has acquired International Diagnostic Systems (IDS). IDS offers immunoassay test kits for the detection of drug residues in food and animal feed and drugs in forensic and animal samples. IDS generated revenues of $2 million in its most recent fiscal year. Terms were not disclosed.
