Telstar center in the US: new Sales & Customer Services team appointments

In the wake of a growing demand for the company in North America.

Telstar’s Center in the United States, located in Bristol PA has been reinforced with new appointments to the existing Sales & Customer Service Divisions, to address an ongoing growth of demand for Life Sciences service & product-based solutions in the North American market.

Chris Stoeckel, who has recently taken the position of US Sales Manager, will play a key role to expand Telstar’s overall business development strategy as well as delivering the company’s ambitious growth goals in the North America market.  Chris, who holds a BS in Electronic Engineering Technology, is a Sales & Marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience in the life sciences sector. She has worked for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies specializing in the field of large scale chromatography control systems for GMP production, large scale fermenters & bioreactors & various lab scale systems & equipment. Over the years Chris has fulfilled various functions as a team leader in sales & marketing, product management, service & project management. In her position at Telstar, she will set up a renewed action plan to strengthen the Telstar brand reputation as a leader in GMP production technology in the US market, directly covering current customer needs while expanding Telstar business in the North America area.

Dan Schaming has been appointed Telstar’s Customer Service & Operations Manager for its center in North America to lead an integrated and multidisciplinary after-sales and technical assistance service. Dan, who holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, worked 17 years as a project engineer / project manager in the oil & gas and defense industries.  He has been with Telstar for 7 years as an Applications Engineer supporting Sales and continuing to produce new downflow booths and flexible isolators.  He will give a qualitative boost to one of the crucial areas of the value chain promoting innovative customer-service initiatives aligned with the business expansion strategy of Telstar in North America.

The Customer Service team has also been further supported by the appointment of Patrick McDevitt, a mechanical / electrical technician with a vast and varied 24+ year career.  Pat has experience in business operational management, electronic management systems, technical assistance service and customer service management in the automotive field.  He will play a vital role in the success of the service organization.
