Dayton, OH — PulpFixin®, a leading manufacturer of sustainable labware throughout pharma and biotech, announces its partnership with LVL Technologies. At the forefront of this mission is to bring PulpFixin’s flagship product line AutoRack® together with LVL’s SAFE® permanent unique ID on a range of tubes for sample management, transport and long-term storage, creating ready to use labware that can still meet sustainability goals of reducing plastic.
PulpFixin’s AutoRack® 96-, 48- and 24-place 2D barcoded tube racks are 100% biodegradable, recyclable, and compostable. They are designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern automated laboratories and long-term cryogenic storage systems while helping facilities achieve critical sustainability goals.
LVL 2D SAFE® products incorporate unique barcodes laser etched into durable plastic tubes to create a permanent sample identification product with unique sample ID. Proper identification of samples and traceability during the sample life cycle is vulnerable to failure as printing labels after production can be damaged or fall off. The permanent barcoding process utilized by LVL provides a secure method of ensuring sample traceability during its lifecycle.
