We welcome Judy McCaffrey to Malvern Panalytical as the new Global Vice President of Sales and Applications, and member of the company’s Executive Management Team.

Judy brings over 20 years of experience in the analytical instruments industry, including more than 14 years in senior leadership roles across EMEAI and North America.

In her most recent role, Judy served as Senior Director of Service at SCIEX, where she led the service delivery organization, responsible for performance and revenue across the EMEAI region.

Judy has a track record of driving business growth, strengthening customer engagement, and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams spanning sales, service, and applications. Her experience also includes delivering sustained market share growth in mass spectrometry and automation during her tenure with Agilent Technologies.

Earlier in her career, Judy held roles in manufacturing, R&D, and global product management within the diagnostics industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Overall, Judy is recognized for her customer-first mindset, and ability to translate strategy into scalable execution.

She is passionate about fostering strong partnerships and delivering measurable impact for our customers.
