Sassenage, France 1/4/17—Xenocs, a provider of characterization and measurement at the nano-scale, has purchased SAXSLABS, a supplier of high-end small angle x-ray scattering systems. “SAXSLAB’s solid presence in the North American market will allow us to strongly support the entire product portfolio in this very important market, allowing us to provide our truly unique products and services worldwide,” commented Xenocs Managing Director Frederic Bossan. Xenoc’s US distributor, Molmex Scientific, will transfer its business activities to Xenoc’s US office.

SAXLAB’s US operations include research and production. Consequently, the acquisition expands Xenoc’s US presence.
