GenWay supplies protein solutions and applications for the research and diagnostics markets. “This acquisition will facilitate growth and enhance capabilities for both entities. GenWay’s 18 years of experience producing proteins, antibodies and ELISA assays will nicely complement ASB’s objective to become a leading provider of proteomic solutions,” stated ASB CEO Peter Jiang, MD.

With offices in the US and China, Aviva Systems Biology primarily supplies antibodies, manufacturing more than 50,000 antibodies since its establishment. US-based GenWay supplies antibodies, as well as proteins and ELISAs. With this acquisition, Aviva Systems Biology grows its business, and expands its product lines and expertise.
