Bel-Art Products Acquired

A Bel-Art representative told IBO that following the acquisition, SP Industries has a total of approximately 700 employees. Asked about overlapping product lines, she said there is little product overlap but many synergies, including the applications of SP Industries’ Wilmad-LabGlass’s glassware expertise to Bel-Art’s glass-related product lines such as thermometers.
