Bruker CFO Resigns
Mr. Wagner joined Bruker in 2012 (see IBO 8/31/12). Since that time, Bruker has implemented substantial restructuring and margin improvement programs, as well as organizational and system changes, such as new management processes and incentives.
Billerica, MA 5/20/15—Bruker has announced that Executive Vice President and CFO Charles F. Wagner, Jr. will resign effective June 12. He will become CFO of Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, beginning in late June. “Charlie has been a key architect of our Innovation & Transformation strategy, and has helped Bruker strengthen its leadership, processes and systems,” stated Bruker President and CEO Frank Laukien. “While our transformation is substantially planned and well underway, more work remains to be done, as Bruker is committed to becoming a great company.” Anthony L. Mattacchione, executive officer and senior vice president of Finance & Accounting, will serve as interim CFO.
