In the January 31 issue of IBO, the first Executive Briefing on page 2 discussed the divestment of four businesses required by the EU for approval of Agilent’s purchase of Varian. IBO incorrectly identified that Varian’s micro GC business would be sold. It is Agilent’s micro GC business that will be divested.
