Harvard Bioscience Names New CEO
Mr. Duchemin replaces Chane Graziano, who retired in May of this year and had been CEO of Harvard Bioscience since 1996.
Holliston, MA 8/27/13—Harvard Bioscience has hired Jeffrey A. Duchemin as CEO. He replaces President David Green, who has served as interim CEO since May (see IBO 7/15/13). Most recently, Mr. Duchemin served as Global Business director for Corning Life Sciences and spent 16 years with Becton Dickinson. “Mr. Duchemin is a proven global executive with extensive experience in the fields of life science research, diagnostic and medical devices,” commented Earl Lewis, chairman of Harvard Bioscience. Mr. Green will continue as president until the completion of the company’s spin-off of its regenerative medicine subsidiary (see IBO 3/31/13).
