Hobré Instruments Buy Out

Hobré’s products include photoacoustic-laser–technology systems as well as the WIM Compas Wobbe analyzer for the analysis of natural and fuel gases. CEO Jeannot Kok is among the managers who have taken a stake in the company.

Purmerend, Amsterdam 7/1/14—Midmarket buyout firm AAC Capital has acquired a majority interest in Hobré Instruments from Parcom Capital. Hobré’s management team has also invested in the firm. Hobré designs and manufactures online analyzers, sample systems and turnkey systems for the oil and gas, and process industries. The company has annual revenues of €20 million ($27 million = €0.75 = $1) and employs 85 people. Financial details were unavailable.
