Agilent introduced GeneSpring GX 11.5, which now interprets exon microarray, proteomics and metabolomics experiments together. Powered by Strand Scientific Intelligence’s Avadis platform, the software integrates Agilent Mass Profiler Professional software for MS data.
Chemical Computing Group released Molecular Operating Environment 10, a multiplatform drug discovery software package. New features include a streamlined interactive modeling interface and integration with the NAMD molecular dynamic simulations engine.
Integromics introduced SeqSolve software for tertiary level of NGS data. The first version features a broad-based RNA-seq analysis portfolio.
Cresset released the cloud-enabled FieldAlign 3.0 3D structure activity relationship tool, which now features native support for Macs.
