Symyx Technologies released Symyx Chemistry Extensions for KNIME 1.0.

In October, Illumina launched GenomeStudio Software, a primary analysis software program designed for analysis of both microarray and sequencing data.

Labtronics released the Nexxis software developers kit for integrating third-party applications with Nexxis Electronic Laboratory Notebook for Routine Applications.

Chemical Computing Group released the 2008.10 version of the Molecular Operating Environment, featuring “SARreport” for web-based scaffold detection and SAR analysis.
