Horizon Discovery in October signed an in-licensing and option agreement with Servier for novel kinase inhibitors. Horizon will use its platform to identify the populations of cancer patients most likely to respond to the in-licensed compounds.

For the year ending July 31, Enzo Biochem Life Sciences (LS) sales declined 8.2% to $34.2 million to account for 35% of revenues (see IBO 10/15/15). The decline was due to a 43.4% drop in royalty revenues and currency headwinds. Product sales were roughly flat excluding currency to account for 93% of LS revenue. LS adjusted operating loss slumped 30.4% to $4.4 million.
