Corning announced in November 2015 that, as of January 1, it is distributing BioCision’s cell cryopreservation products.

In November 2015, Baylor Miraca Genetics Laboratories licensed Oxford Gene Technology’s SNP array probe technology as an alternative to restriction enzyme–based approaches.

Oxford Gene Tecnhnology announced that fiscal 2015 sales for the period ending September 30, 2015, grew 12% to £17.1 million ($26.3 million), with sales of continuing products up 47.4% to £14.3 million ($22 million).

Abcam launched direct service in Singapore in November 2015.

Takara Bio signed a licensing agreement with ViaCyte for its cell differentiation technology; specifically, for a robust method for making definitive endoderm cells from iPSCs. This will expand Takara’s Cellartis stem cell product line.

Takara Bio Europe launched in November 2016 the Cellartis iPS Cell to Hepatocyte Differentiation System, a do-it-yourself kit format for the complete differentiation workflow.

In December 2015, Reprocell introduced the ReproHP Medium for culturing human primary liver cells for robust detection of most detoxification enzymes.
