Malvern, UK 4/9/10—Malvern Instruments has acquired the assets of Reologica Instruments AB, a manufacturer of rheology systems. Sweden-based Reologica went into administration on March 23. “Reologica Instruments has been involved in the design and manufacture of rheometers and associated accessories for more than 20 years and there is a wealth of knowledge in the business. We anticipate that key members of the Reologica team will transfer as a result of the deal,” commented Malvern Instruments Managing Director Paul Walker.
