In fall 2015, Endress+Hauser named Instrumentation and Controls as its exclusive representative for Arizona and parts of New Mexico.

Ovizio Imaging Systems and Pall Life Sciences announced a long-term global supply agreement for Ovizio’s iLine S microscope in October 2015. It will be commercialized as part of Pall’s Xpansion cell production platform.

JP3 Measurement announced in November 2015 a long-term supply agreement with Axsun Technologies.

In January, Yokogawa Electric acquired Industrial Evolution, a provider of cloud-based plant data sharing services.

GE Healthcare, the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDiv) and the Centre for Commercialization of Regenerative Medicine are building a center for advanced therapeutic cell technologies in Toronto, Canada. GE and FedDiv are contributing CAD 40 million ($28 million).

In March, GE Healthcare Life Sciences launched its latest Fast Trak Bioprocessing Technology and Training Laboratory at its Turkey Innovation Center in Istanbul.

In February, Wasatch Photonics purchased Mustard Tree Instruments’ process Raman spectroscopy assets.

Sartorius opened a sales office for its bioprocessing business in Lima, Peru, in March.

DKK-TOA announced a sales and technology collaboration with Chongqing Chuanyi Automation for ambient air analyzers.

Duvas Technologies, a provider of equipment for remote sensing and identification of airborne chemicals and gas, received a £2.25 million ($3.17 million) investment from Calculus Capital.

In January, MKS Data Analytics Solutions released SIMCA-online 14 for real-time process monitoring, featuring improved ease of use.

JP3 Measurement launched in February the Verax CTX for natural gas custody transfer.

In March, Tiger Optics released the ALOHA+ H2O analyzer for high-brightness LED makers.

Bruker introduced the IR-based MATRIX MG series gas analyzers.

In April, NEO Monitors launched the NEO Monitors LaserGas III ammonia analyzer, based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy. Twenty units have already been sold.

Hamilton introduced ArcAir, a new communication package for its Arc process sensors, featuring Bluetooth 4.0 wireless connectivity.
