AMETEK Process Instruments named Belilove Company-Engineers as its exclusive representative for Northern California.

Metrohm announced a new brand, Metrohm Process Analytics, for its Applikon wet chemistry process analyzers and Metrohm NIRSystems instruments.

Endress+Hauser opened a sales firm in Finland in July.

In September, Endress+Hauser named Forberg Scientific as its exclusive representative for Wisconsin and Northern Michigan.

In October, Endress+Hauser named Instrumentation and Controls as its exclusive representative for parts of Arizona and New Mexico.

In July, Schneider Electric announced a strategic alliance with Applied Instrument Technologies (ATI) to add ATI products to its Process Automation portfolio.

Grabner Instruments and Petrolab announced in September the addition of Light Technology Industries’ NIR process analyzers to its product offerings.

In September, Finesse Solutions announced collaboration with Corning Life Sciences that pairs Corning’s adherent culture system with Finesse’s G3Lab Universal Controller.

Product Introductions

Metrohm introduced the new ICON Analyzer, an online photometer for near-continuous monitoring of drinking and surface water, and wastewater.

NEO Monitors launched the LaserGas Q analyzers portfolio, based on tunable laser absorption spectroscopy, for controlling nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide emissions.

In August, AIT introduced the ANALECT RefinIR system, an integrated auto sampler and FTIR instrument, for measuring gas, diesel and crude oils in a single auto sampler.

Endress+Hauser introduced the colorimetry-based Liquiline System CA80AM ammonium analyzer for monitoring critical control points in water and resource reclamation facilities. Up to four sensors with Memosens protocols can be attached.

In October, Thermo Fisher Scientific introduced the Thermo Scientific Orion 2395 Phosphate Analyzer, which combines a standard colorimetric method with optical technology for water quality measurements in boiler water.

Mettler-Toledo Thornton released the 7000RMS analyzer for continuous measurement of microbes and inert particles in pharmaceutical waters.

1st Detect introduced its MS-based iONTRAC Process Chemical Analyzer.

Barben Analytica, an AMETEK firm, released the BOS SAFETAP Refractable Optical Oxygen Sensor, allowing direct insertion into a pipeline or vessel.
