Radnor, PA 7/5/16—Lab product and services provider VWR has acquired PAW BioScience Products for an undisclosed amount. PAW focuses on single-use connectors and components, custom design and assembly, and product distribution for cell culture and purification processes. “VWR bioprocessing customers will now have access to an even broader range of innovative products in our single-use portfolio, including the PAW SterilEnz and OmniTop Sample Tubes lines,” stated VWR President and CEO Manuel Brocke-Benz.

This is VWR’s third acquisition announcement this year, which also included single-use provider JM Separations (see IBO 6/15/16).
