West Chester, PA 3/29/07—VWR International has acquired the remaining 76% of KMF Laborchemie Handels GmbH, effective April 1. Based in Germany with 70 employees, KMF generated 2006 revenues of approximately $45 million. According to VWR, KMF’s areas of emphasis are chromatography, microbiology and life science products.
