Tokyo, Japan 2/15/15—Hitachi High-Technologies has named Masahiro Miyazaki as president and CEO, effective April 1. Mr. Miyazaki currently serves as senior vice president and executive officer, general manager, Corporate Strategy Division, Fine Technology Systems Business Division and CSO. He replaces Masao Hisada, who is retiring.
