Analytical Technologies Group (“ATG Service” or “ATG”), a portfolio company of Reynolda Equity Partners (“Reynolda”), has acquired NTS Laboratory Equipment, Inc. (“NTS”).

Based in Providence, Rhode Island, ATG Service provides service, maintenance and repair for laboratory instruments critical in the research, development and manufacture of biologic drugs. ATG Service’s customers include pharmaceutical and biotech companies, CDMO’s, universities and government research institutions.

NTS is a leading independent services provider for a range of critical laboratory instruments, with a specialization on Genevac® evaporation equipment. Based in Fishkill, New York, and San Diego, California, NTS serves leading biopharmaceutical laboratory customers nationwide. NTS’ service engineers have more than 100 years of combined technical expertise.

With the acquisition of NTS, ATG has now acquired five leading independent service providers under Reynolda’s ownership. These acquisitions have expanded ATG’s footprint from the West Coast to the United Kingdom and Europe and added service capabilities across complementary new instruments. With the addition of NTS, ATG continues to deepen its expertise in critical service capabilities to better service its international biopharma customer base.
