The quality assessment of genomic DNA is essential to numerous downstream applications ranging from PCR to NGS. AATI is pleased to announce the addition of the Genomic DNA 50 Kb Analysis Kit (DNF-467) that can size smears through 60Kb.

The expanded sizing range is possible due to the inclusion of a 50 Kb DNA fragment in the DNA ladder provided in the kit. With automated sizing, quantification, and qualification of larger genomic DNA smears, researchers are better able to evaluate raw materials for downstream applications such as next-generation long read sequencing.
