AB SCIEX and Phenomenex to Drive Food Safety Testing Discussions at Frito-Lay North America Venue in Dallas on March 30

DALLAS– Food safety testing is now on wheels, and it’s coming to Dallas as part of a progressive North American tour to raise awareness about improving food safety. A state-of-the-art mobile laboratory that is run by AB SCIEX and Phenomenex, two scientific technology leaders, will be open for visitors at the Frito-Lay North America site all day on Friday, March 30.

Scientists from any food testing labs, government agencies, universities, environmental labs and other types of laboratories in Texas are welcome to experience next-generation analytical science in this “one day only” live event. Following a day after a similar stop in Houston on Thursday, this event in Dallas will also feature methods and applications related to environmental safety testing as well as other applications that share best practices with food testing.
