Andor Technology plc (“Andor”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Vogt as a new Non-Executive Director. Susan is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of SeraCare Life Sciences Inc (NASDAQ: SRLS). Between 2001 and 2005, Susan held the positions of Corporate Officer and President of the Bio Pharmaceutical Division of Millipore Corporation (NYSE: MIL), a multinational bioscience company, where she ran a $520 million division with more than 1,600 employees. Prior to this, Susan held the position of Vice President and General Manager of the Laboratory Water Division of Millipore Corporation, as well as other senior level positions in general management, marketing, sales, product management and finance. Susan holds an M.B.A. from Boston University and a B.A. from Brown University. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of SeraCare Life Sciences, Susan currently serves on the Board of Justrite Manufacturing Corporation.
