BASF wish to increase productivity by improving their data management and workflow solutions in the research area, with the ability to secure, integrate and access research data worldwide. This will improve and facilitate the global collaboration between labs and Competence Centers. IDBS E-WorkBook Suite, a flexible framework with pluggable domain specific extensions, will enable BASF to capture and analyze all their data as it is generated across these diverse disciplines. E-WorkBook is used as a foundation of R&D data management in leading industrial sectors such as pharmaceuticals, energy, engineering and consumer products.
