Bibby Scientific Ltd, one of the leading manufacturers of laboratory equipment in the industry, will be exhibiting their latest innovations from Techne, Electrothermal, Jenway, PCRmax, and Stuart at the ArabLab 2016, Stand 134. ArabLab 2016 is the largest annual tradeshow in the world focusing on laboratory science and instrumentation. The expo will run from March 20-23 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Included among the products to be launched at the show is the Techne Prime Pro 48 real-time qPCR cycler. The latest PCR system offers the highest thermal block uniformity and the fastest run time on any block-based qPCR system on the market.

Other laboratory equipment to be presented at the show are new models of Jenway’s portable pH meters, Jenway’s 7200 spectrophotometer, Electrothermal’s Integrity 10 Reaction Station, and the PCRmax Alpha Cycler range.

The 550 and 570 models of Jenway’s portable pH meters can be used for accurate pH and temperature measurements, doing away with the need to take samples back to the lab for testing. The Jenway 7200 visible spectrophotometer to be launched May 2016 will be showcased at the event as well. This new spectrophotometer leverages diode array technology to measure a whole wavelength range simultaneously. It features a colour touch user interface, a small footprint, and the capability to save results to a USB memory stick.

Visitors also get to see the Electrothermal Integrity 10 Reaction Station unit first hand on display on Stand 134. The system can perform ten different reactions at the same time in one unit, each reaction being conducted within its own cell, at its own individual temperature and stir-rate.

The Alpha Cycler 1 and 4 from PCRmax that both run an HD Quad Core Android tablet interface will also be exhibited. Featuring first run optimization and secure user-specific programming, the cyclers guarantee enhanced user-experience.

Aside from the mentioned instruments above, Bibby Scientific will also be displaying Stuart’s new automatic melting point apparatus as well as a selection of Stuart hotplate stirrers, incubators, rockers, and shakers.
