Such products as the Olympus halogen lamp, ISE modules, electrodes, and probes as well as other replacement parts, have been manufactured by PVI for the past 30 years. PVI has worldwide distribution capabilities servicing distributors and manufacturers in all corners of the earth.

Owners Kent and Diana Leverdure are pleased with the transaction and will remain as consultants to the company for an extended period of time.

About the Buyer:
Block Scientific Inc. (www.blockscientific.com) is a Worldwide provider of refurbished and new Clinical Laboratory equipment, reagents, consumables and spare parts. In conjunction with this business the company distributes reagents manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific, Abbott Laboratories and Siemens on a direct basis or through reagent rental contracts. The company distributes on a worldwide basis and has been in business for over 39 years.
