WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Chiral Technologies, Inc. has appointed Louise Bernier as Account Manager, Western Region. Ms. Bernier will be responsible for laboratory product sales in the Western United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Prior to joining Chiral Technologies, Bernier was a scientist at Pfizer’s R&D laboratory in San Diego, where she helped manage the equipment workload, including HPLC, SFC, and MS instrumentation. Earlier in her career, Bernier held research and development positions at Halozyme Therapeutics, Neurocrine Biosciences, Ontogen Corporation, and Shire BioChem, Inc.

Bernier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and biology from Bishop’s University, Lennoxville, Quebec, Canada. She is an active member of the American Chemical Society and the Ordre des Chimistes du Quebec.
