Dionex Corporation announces the addition of new Rapid Separation LC (RSLC) 2 µm columns to the Acclaim bonded silica family of columns. Acclaim RSLC 2 µm columns, together with the new UltiMate® 3000 RSLC system and Chromeleon® software, deliver ultrafast high resolution LC. Acclaim RSLC 2 µm columns provide a 2.1 mm internal diameter in both 50 mm and 100 mm lengths, packed with Dionex C18 or Polar Advantage II (PA2) stationary phase. The Acclaim RSLC C18 uses high-density monomeric C18 chemistry with exhaustive endcapping. Acclaim RSLC PA2 features amide-embedded chemistry with excellent hydrolytic stability (pH 1.5 to 10). With RSLC, Dionex provides ultrafast LC that is easy to use: Accelerate separations up to fivefold using conventional LC equipment. Accelerate throughput up to 30-fold compared to conventional LC with an UltiMate RSLC system. Reduce solvent consumption by as much as 92%.
