FEI Appoints Two to Its Board of Directors
HILLSBORO, Ore., FEI Company (Nasdaq:FEIC) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Homa Bahrami and Ms. Jami K. Nachtsheim to the board of the company.
Dr. Bahrami is a senior lecturer at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, specializing in organizational design for global knowledge-based companies, and a faculty director at the Haas Center for Executive Education. Dr. Bahrami has been on the Haas School faculty since 1986 and holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Aston University, United Kingdom. She was a member of the Board of Directors of FormFactor, Inc. from 2004 through 2010.
Ms. Nachtsheim is a 20-year veteran of Intel Corporation, where she was corporate vice president of the Sales and Marketing Group and director of Worldwide Marketing, among other roles, before retiring in 2000. She is a director of Affymetrix, Inc. and the Tech Museum of Innovation and was a director of Southwall Technologies from 2003 until it was acquired in 2011. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in business management.
