The FOUNDRY-MASTER Xpert consistently delivers highly accurate analytical results. A new CCD readout design assures precise identification of materials and covers even critical elements like Pb, Se and La with low levels of detection. A wide spectral range from 130-800 nm covers all interesting elements for any metal material including nitrogen in steel. The lowest detection limits of a wide range of elements are guaranteed by a wide selection of different exitation parameters. A new, digitally controlled spark generator ensures stability and precision.

The intuitive user interface and numerous customer-driven features make analysis work easy and simple. The sample stand is easily accessible from three sides and the size of the sample is not an issue. Just place the sample on the stand, start the measurement and read the results. The Windows®-based user interface is familiar and intuitive yet flexible and the system’s self-diagnostics is fully integrated. Argon consumption is minimal, due to Oxford Instruments proven vacuum system which doesn’t require a purge gas for the optical system.
