Boulder, CO – GE Analytical Instruments is pleased to introduce its new Certified Plus program which helps Sievers Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer customers get the best possible performance from their instruments and ensure traceability of their TOC measurement results. The Certified Plus suite of aftermarket products and services ensures ongoing assurance of quality data for traceability, effectiveness (compliance), and efficiency (cost).
Certified Plus is GE Analytical Instruments’ commitment to provide the highest quality aftermarket products and services. Certified Plus has three main components:
Certified Field Service Engineers (FSEs), who must have 1000 hours of hands-on time with Sievers instruments before visiting a customer site
Certified GE parts and components
Sievers Certified Reference Materials (standards) and Certified TOC Vials
The Importance of Traceability
