Lexogen’s QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit has already been recognized as one of the fastest, most cost-efficient, and accurate methods for expression profiling using next generation sequencing. It is also the most preferable alternative to microarrays for this application. The data analysis for QuantSeq is based on counting of the transcripts and therefore is very straightforward and fast.

By making the QuantSeq analysis pipeline available on the Bluebee genomics analysis platform the data evaluation can be easily done by any user, including those who do not have any experience with bioinformatics tools. This makes QuantSeq an exceptional tool for gene expression analysis, which i
