(Nasdaq:BRKS) today introduced its new Simplicity Solutions(TM) 830 Vacuum Quality Monitor (VQM) System, the industry’s fastest and lowest power gas compositional analysis system. The 830 VQM System combines high performance gas analysis technology with the intelligence to transform complex measurements into actionable information. The system features next-generation mass separation technology, based on an innovative electrostatic ion trap, that is significantly smaller, 15 times faster, and requires 5 times less power than legacy quadrupole or mass-sector technologies. The electrostatic ion trap accurately represents low mass range gases with no quadrupole zero blast issues and its ultra-fast performance advantage increases at lower pressures.
