Designed to deliver larger capacity flow rates of nitrogen, this generator is able to transform its integrated compressed air into 99.99% nitrogen, exceeding the specification of UHP cylinder gas.  Nitrogen is produced by utilising a combination of state-of-the-art puritication technologies and high efficiency filtration.

In addition, Titan N2 introduce to the market a new and improved addition to their Purge Gas Generator range, the FT-IR Purge Gas Generator System with integrated air compressor.

Our Purge Gas Generator Systems are designed to continuously remove water vapour and CO2 gas from compressed air and inert gases.  The latest unit in the range no includes an integrated air compressor, allowing for easier installation and maintenance and less installation space.

This new and improved design provides continuous, uninterrupted operation and is designed to operate 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

The Titan N2 Air Compressor is designed and engineered specifically to provide a dedicated, fully integrated compressed air source for our gas generators.  By housing it in the same compact box as our N2 and FT-IR Purge Gas generators, we have created two complete, self-contained gas solutions that are perfect for laboratories, factories, and food and beverage manufacturers where space is premium but safety and realibility are paramount.
