Expanding iXCells Global Footprint
iXCells Biotechnologies USA, Inc. (San Diego, CA), a leading cell technology company specializing in preclinical drug discovery solutions, today announced it has entered into a distribution agreement with Fujifilm WAKO Pure Chemical Corp. (Osaka, JP), a provider of highly functional and high-quality laboratory reagents, primary and engineered cell products, specialty chemicals, and clinical diagnostic reagents to Japan’s life science industry. Fujifilm WAKO will market, sell, and distribute iXCells high quality primary cells, cell culture media and reagents for non-clinical research use.
The distribution agreement enables Fujifilm WAKO and iXCells to offer a selection of various primary cell types such as fibroblasts, endothelial cells, epithelial cells, PBMCs, immune cells, muscle cells, neuronal cells, hepatocytes, stem cells, and associated cell culture media and supplement products to Japan’s life science researchers focused on drug discovery and development.
